Mr.
Strickland wanted a muted black leather case that was
as light as possible. I used soft, thin, cowhide for
the pockets and main structure and Saddle leather for
accents and strength.
The cap is
constructed with a Kydex center for durability and a leather
covered foam cushion on the inside of the cap completely seals
the stick compartment. The lock allows for security when your
case is out of sight.
Mr. Strickland's
player name was carved into saddle leather which is also used
for strength and visual balance throughout the case.
This particular
case is a 2X4 but it can be made in any configuration.
There is a
small top zip pocket for chalk, etc.
These pockets
are soft and very accessable There is a jump stick pocket
on the left side and a document pocket on the right side.
All pockets are lined with Cordura Nylon.
