1. Fill out the HOLSTER ORDER FORM with the gift recipient's name and address.
2. Whether the recipient is yourself or someone else, fill in your own phone and e-mail numbers. (We may want to contact you).
3. Write "GIFT CERTIFICATE" in the "description" cell.
4. Put the dollar amount of the gift certificate in the "total" cell.
5. Fill in all credit card information.
6. Or simply call 800-443-3478 to order your gift certificate directly.

The gift certificate will be coded and sent to you or your gift recipient friend for a phone order of holsters and/or holster accessories. Any balance left after the order can be used as a credit on future orders
(by you or your gift recipient friend).
