FROM CUSTOMERS
I purchased a Shortcut holster from your company a while back.
I use it to
carry my duty Sig P-229 off-duty and when I work in plainclothes.
I have
been extremely happy with that holster. The design and workmanship
are
excellent. Based on that holster, I do plan to make more purchases
from
your line of products.

I recently purchased one of your new combination holsters
(*14) and a mag pouch (#30) and I am totally satisfied. I am
able to wear them both comfortably all day and they are very
concealable. Thank you for such a great product, I am recommending
your products to all of my shooting friends!!

| LadyFist Holsters. A while back Jim Murnak of Fist Holsters
posted here looking for ladies to test holsters for him. My wife
was a volunteer. I am happy to say that she now has a COMFORTABLE
concealment holster for a FULL SIZE Glock 17. Many ladies have
a problem with the gun digging into their ribs. Jims ideas solve
that problem. You can see her holster at www.fist-inc.com It is
the black one at the lower right hand corner of the page. It also
has the easy on/easy off option that is a LOT better than a paddle.

| Just sending a note thanking you for my new custom holster from
Fist Inc. It's great, fits my S&W CS45 perfectly and rreally
looks great. I'm impressed and plan on telling all my gun toting
friends about you guys. I can show them the finished product and
show them the cost as compared to other holster makers. Once again,
thanks for a great fitting and great looking holster.

Like many consumers, I was quite leary of your ads in various
magazines and
having seen no reviews by the gunwriting community at large,
I was unsure
After receiving your #20 IWB for my H&K USP 40, I am absolutely
astonished. I
have other holsters from very well known holster manufacturers
and they do not
come close to what you have provided me. The fit, finish and
accessories in
your #50 accessory pack strike me as in the top 5 in the industry.
I expected
the accessory package to include just some flimsy velcro gadget
that would allow
me to attach the holster to the belt and suffer due to the convenience.
How
wrong I was: first, the package is comprehensive with not only
velcro
attachments but accessories for snap straps aside from the fixed
straps that
come with the holster. Second, using this same holster, with
its varying
degrees of angle adjustability, the weapon and holster disappear
under my
clothes. This is astonishing considering the weapon that I have
chosen is
about as concealable as a box of cheerios!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Further, I ordered my holster via e-mail with a request for
confirmation. To
my astonishment, your company called me personally to advise
that the order was
received, when it would be completed and when it would be shipped.
In a second
follow-up I asked if it had been shipped and received a confirmation
back within
minutes via e-mail.
Yours is a progressive company that is extremely customer
service oriented. As
a representative for an insurance company, and depending on
the same level of
customer service to feed my family I am very appreciative when
I receive the
same service that I try to give my customers. Whatever the president
is paying
the people that there, it is NOT ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
whether to plop down my hard-earned money for a secure package
for my weapon.
I am a large man. I am 6'4 and 230 pounds and I have the ability
to hide almost
any sized weapon easily as long as the holster system I am using
is well made
and well designed for the task.
Congratulations on a tailor made product, a keen sense of
customer service, and
a commitment to the shooting community that more companies should
adopt.

| I purchased an in the waist band adjustable a couple of months
ago. I am very please with the holster. It is attractive, well
made and comfortable. I have tried a Galco and one from Horseshoe

purchase a FIST when I need another holster.
Thank you.

I'm tall and slim, and can easily hide a full size HK USP40

| Well, hello Jim,
Holster arrived last night.. My first impression is WOW, that
really is neat!!!
Seems to work real well.. I have a crocodile skin belt with
the 'bumbs' on it.. I can adjust the holster in or out, depending
on which of the notches I put through the loop.. I had it on
& wore it around for a couple of hours last night... No
problem at all doing anything.. sit, stand, bend, tie my shoes,
drive a car, pick up stuff from the floor..all that good stuff,
no problem at all.. seems like you have struck on a good idea..
the gun didn't bother me at all..
(althought my belt does need an extra hole in it.. nothing
to do with the holster.. I think it shrank during the winter..
tee hee..).. anyway, will fix the belt so I can wear it without
the holster this morning & then wear the gun & holster
today at the range.. I will be out there for some time.. I really
conceals nicely too.. gun is good to get in & out of the
holster.. I see no problems with it.. I am aware of the gun
being there, but it in no way bothered me at all.. When I stand
up straight, the gun barely touches me.. (only on the breast
a little) but that is my problem..didn't bother me at all..
I will keep you informed after I wear it around for the next
4 days..
I had to beat Tom off with a stick, he wanted to keep it..
he tried it on his belt & wanted to know why he couldn't
have it too.. he thought it was neat.
I will be in touch..

| Jim, just a short note here. Got back from Chapman Academy Saturday.
Your holster worked perfect. I had zero failures with my equipment.
2000 rounds and not a single failure to feed. Gun must have been

I received my Fist #19 Adjustable IWB holster yesterday and
wanted to
drop you a note to say that I'm very pleased with it. Construction
is
very solid, fit and gun retention is good, and the finish is very
nice.
I also really appreciate having the ability to adjust the ride
and cant
of the holster to fit my body and preferences. Makes it easy to
get the
gun to ride right where I want it and prevent 'printing'. I can't
complain about the delivery time for a custom holster either,
17 days
from the time I ordered to delivery.
Thanks, I'll be sure to tell everyone about my experience.
By the way,
I learned about you from 'The Firing Line' website.

| Mr. Murnack,
A few weeks ago I recieved the mahogony holster you made for
my Glock 23 along with the belt and magazine carrier. I didn't
want to write too soon until after I had a chance to test it
out, but my first impression was that it was beautiful.
After playing around with different places to secure it to
my hip, I finally found a place that was comfortable, accessible,
and concealable. My best friend, Leslie, carries a Glock 19
in a Blade Tech holster, and she was immediately envious of
the rich, detailed leather.
The magazine carrier was the only problem - it was so tight
I literally COULD NOT get the magazine out of it, and thought
I was going to send it back and go for a kydex replacement.
But then my husband treated its insides with some of Mitch Rosen's
"Leather Lightening." Now the magazine stays secure, removes
as easily as kydex, and looks a whole lot nicer.
Thanks for the wonderful guarantee of being able to send back
the holster if I didn't like it, even though it was somewhat
custom done. However, after carrying the gun for a week and
a half in it, I won't be sending it back! It's the only thing
that has ever fit me that I can wear under a loose shirt, and
it's practically invisible.
Thanks for a great product, reasonable price, GREAT service.

replacing that holster with a different one of a different model,

sending me a non-defective one of the original model at no cost,

I got my FIST holster last week. It's for my revolver, not a
Glock, but the
experience is probably generalizable.
As readers may recall, I bought a S&W 625 V-Comp, which
differs from the
standard 625 in several ways. I learned the hard way that it
wouldn't fit
holsters made for the much more common 625.
Actually, even finding holsters made for the standard 625
that would pass IDPA
standards (since I plan to use this gun for that competition)
was hard enough.
FIST was one of the few companies that listed it as one of the
models for which
they could make any of their holsters. Since they offer thousands
of variations,
I e-mailed Jim Murnak to ask whether they could make a holster
for the 625-VC.
It was either that or pay a premium price for a truly custom
one, probably with
months of waiting.
He asked me how it differed from the regular 625. I pointed
him to the S&W web
site with photos of it, but specifically mentioned that it has
a shorter barrel
but with two different interchangeable muzzles; the sights appear
taller; the
cynlinder is unfluted; the cross-sectional contour of the underlug
is fuller.
These are enough differences that I assumed he would need to
be sent the gun in
order to make a holster. To my surprise, he said, no problem,
and they didn't
need the gun sent.
I ordered his #13 ("Sport"), with an optional tension screw,
a radical forward
cant, a body protector flap, in dark brown.
Well, as far as I can tell, the thing is perfect. Maybe it's
not as tricky as I
was thinking, but I'm astounded that they could get what seems
to be a custom
fit for a gun they didn't have on hand. The sight channel is
plenty deep for the
taller sights. The length matches the longer muzzle attachment.
The holster is
shaped just right for the fuller underlug (which was what kept
the gun from
fitting into the other one I tried first). I sprayed a little
silicone inside as
the instruction sheet recommends. With that done, the depth
to which the gun
naturally slips in allows a slick, rapid draw. Push it in just
a tad harder, and
it sticks tight enough to turn the holster upside down without
falling out. It's
as handsome and well-made as any leather holster I've ever seen.
The Kramer I
had (which didn't fit) was hard as a rock. The FIST is much
more like I
imagined, just pliable enough.

Received your holster. It looks great and wears well. I am
really pleased
by the way it hugs tight to the body. I had concerns that with

| Hi Jim,
I spoke the truth, but I neglected to mentioned how much I
liked the #1
clip holsters too. I have 3 of them...the first three I mentioned.
They
put to shame other IWB holsters I've had. By the way, I prefer
to wear
these between the belt and the pants...just loosen your belt
a notch and
it's much more comfy than inside the pants. Seems many people
don't
think of wearing this way and don't like IWB because you may
need larger
pants.
Next time I need a holster I will call you, and I will recommend
your
product any chance I get.

| Dear Jim,
I received the Kydex holster last week (#2 easy-on holster).
I was eagerly awaiting its' arrival, and I am happy to say that
it is even better than I was imagining it would be. I want to
give it some wear time, but I want you to know my first impressions.
I was really taken by its low profile, by which I mean, that
once my gun was in the holster, the thickness of the gun is
increased so little that it is almost nonexistent. To be sure,
I compared it to my leather holsters and without question, your
holster has the lowest profile. The real test of course was
putting it on. I can't tell you what it feels like when you
know something great is happening. As soon as the snaps were
done, I knew that this holster was going to be my "primary"
holster. (I was amazed at how the "butt" of my gun was held
in and not sort of flopping outward, as it does with many of
my other holsters.)
But there was one more test. Drawing and holstering my gun.
I know it sounds corny, but I really wanted this holster to
work. Holstering and drawing my gun from your holster was a
new experience. It flies out of the holster, and seems to "snap"
into it. I am really amazed at your new holster, and I want
to give it some wear time to give you feedback. I will be taking
it to the range, and using it exclusively at work and off-duty.
Please let me know if you have any specific instructions on
what you would like me to test for. If not, I will be using
at as much as possible and will look for anything that might
be improved on, and I will let you know in about a month how
my testing is going.
Please let me know if you have any questions at any time.
I will make sure I am available to you to discuss your new holster.

| The #20 IWB holster I received from you has now replaced all
my other holsters for my Kimber Compact Custom. Its adjustments
enabled me to fit it perfectly to my body. Most of the time I
don't even realize that I'm carrying. The dimple on the back of
the trigger guard holds my pistol securely but doesn't interfere
with presentation.
Thanks for doing such a great job.

| Dear Fist:
I recently purchased a #42 "Driving Holster to Crossdraw"
from you. To say I am pleased with the holster's performance
would be an understatement. I have a disability caused from
an assault on me in my home where I was shot and suffered a
spinal cord injury. Consequently, during much of my time out
in society I am riding my electric three-wheel scooter. The
#42 holster works like a charm and is easily concealed under
a light jacket or under my Hawaiian shirts. Thank you for making
such a comfortable and practical holster. I have recommended
the model to several of my wheelchair-bound friends.
|
| I have just finished some extensive testing of the Kydex #11
combination holsters. These are fine pieces of work. One is designed
to carry a 2.5" S&W Model 19 K frame and the other a Colt
Government model. These are without a doubt the most comfortable
IWB holsters I have ever worn. I wore the K-frame for a 300 mile
drive across Texas and actually forgot I had a gun with me.
The holster for the Government Model came right before I attended
a DTI Advanced Pistol class. The holster was presented from
the holster and returned to the same many times during the two
day course. The angle of carry allowed for both an easy draw
and the gun to be comfortable while seated. I had planned to
try the holster both inside and outside the waistband but since
it was so comfortable and we did all work from concealment,
I never did try the outside carry. Several people commented
on the holster with approving comments. Several said they had
seen the FIST ads but had not seen the final product.
Great holsters. Keep up the good work. The workmanship and
design on these FIST holsters and the others I own have converted
me to a FIST holster person.
Thanks,

| I purchased a holster from you last year for my sp 101. I couldn't
be more pleased with it. Thanks.
I note on your web site that you now have a retail store that
offers returned merchandise as a discount. It makes sense that
you would not make this available on the web. However, my question
is this:
I would like to purchase a belt, mag holder and holster for
my Glock 30
or my Para Ordnance P14 LDA. I wondered if you had a holster
available
at a discount in your retail outlet that I could pair with
a new belt and mag
holder and thereby reduce the price somewhat.
Please let me know if there is any possibility of this. I
am looking for an outside the belt holster with a reenforced
lip (the one you made me NEVER collapses and I have worn it
very often). Thanks for your consideration in this matter.
Sincerely,
David BLoodgood

Thank you for your very prompt reply to my inquiry. In one of
those weird
coincidences I received your reply and the holster within a few
minutes of
one another. I am quite impressed with the quality and will undoubtedly
order other products from you. Thanks for the catalog, the fast
reply, and
most of all, the excellent product. Best wishes for continued
success.

| Fist:
I recently purchased my 3rd, 4th and 5th holsters from Fist
and, as
usual I am extremely happy with your product.
I had two #1 clip holsters for about a year, so when I purchased
my new
HK USP Compact, naturally I came to Fist for my holster. I ordered
a #1
clip and a #8 close cropped short cut for that gun and at the
same time
I ordered a left hand #8 for my Colt snubby.
Beside the fact that the holsters were at my house in 2 weeks
and 1 day,
they carry the guns so well hidden I couldn't believe it...that
HK says
"compact" but it definitely isn't a small gun.
I purchased a Galco holster for my Colt when I bought it and
spent 80
bucks for it and it is nowhere near the fit and quality of the
shortcut
I just received. The leather is even much thinner and it's hard
to
re-holster the gun without using two hands. I'll come to Fist
first from
now on -- and tell all my friends the same. All they have to
do is try
mine on and it will sell itself.
Thanks for a great product at such a reasonable price.

and is perfect! And thank you for the brochure. J Casabianca
Jim,
I received my #21 and #14 comb from the factory showroom. The golden #14
with the dark outline of the molding was exquisite. I showed it to my brother
who was visiting and he called and ordered one the same day. I was pleased
with the result of ordering from the showroom delivery time was two days
and the price was awesome. I was wondering if you had anything for a 4 inch
model 19 S&W in the showroom. Also, I was looking for a 3 inch model
13 and 2 and a half inch 686 revolver holster. You've got me covered on
19 auto pistols. I need some leather for my revolvers. Please email me as
to what you have available for revolvers. I appreciate the service and the
product as usual. You're the master.

I just received my order, two holsters and belt and just wanted to say
thanks the quality and workmanship are great

your products have exceeded my expectations and im sure i will use them
a long time

Dear FIST/Jim
First, I'd like to say that your #18 is, in fact, the best paddle holster
I have ever owned or used. I'm very pleased with it.
Just received the #21 I ordered from you for my Taurus PT111.
The workmanship is excellent! I was also impressed with the fast delivery
and reasonable price. I will definitely order other holsters from you for
my other guns.
THANKS A LOT!

Jim --
Thanks. I got the holster last week. While I haven't had time to use
it a
lot yet, it looks to be EXCELLENT!
Thanks for your attention to this.

Hello Jim Murnak at Fist,
I wanted to let you know that I received my order of (1) #K1 holster
with all adapters for .45 ACP Officer's Model and (2) a magazine pouch
for Keltec P-11 last Monday (8/14/00). Thank you so very much for the
holster--you're right--it is lightweight, thin, and easy to conceal.
It
is comfortable to wear and really does give the impression of carrying
the gun without a holster. Searching the internet, I've seen nothing
else like it advertised. I'm glad I bought it.
Sincerely yours,
R G
Mr. Murnak,
I am truly impressed with my new Kydex 22K for my Glock 26. Perfection!
So much so that I have emptied my box of holsters into the trashcan. It
is the MOST comfortable and concealable holster I have ever worn, and
I have worn quite a few over the last 25 years. I will be ordering more
of your holsters for the rest of my weapons shortly.
My question is regarding the availability of magazine and flashlight
carriers in Kydex and whether they might be available in a clip on/off
configuration for ease of use. If these items are available in Kydex I
would greatly appreciate a reply ASAP so that I may place an order for
these items along with my holster order.
Thank you for your time and cooperation. Once again, great work!

Hi,
just letting you know, that I received my mag pouch yesterday. Thank
you
for getting it to me that quickly. Craftmanship, finish and fit are
great. Guess I'll place some more orders with you.
Thank you,
Uli Gebhard
Mr. Murnak,
UPS came today with the #12 I ordered for a Kahr K9. I couldn't be happier.
The holster is beautiful. This is the third holster I have from you. My
wife has a Lady Fist, I have a Close Cropped Basic for a Glock.
Every time I get a holster from you, the workmanship gets better and
better! The fit is superb. The gun is held snugly, and there is an enormous
amount of room for the front sight. The finish is very good. The color
is deep and rich (black), the stitching is straight and tight, and the
edges are burnished so well that they are positively glassly, and look
like a single piece of leather.
My praise is not from ignorance of holsters. I have carried a pistol
almost every day for the last six years, am a certified handgun instructor,
a multiple graduate of Practical Firearms Training, Inc., have won numerous
tropies in IDPA competition, and work weekends in a gunshop.
I am a sort of a "holster snob," never finding anything from
the holster mills that suites me. I have holsters from Blade-Tech, Kramer,
Ken Null, Milt Sparks, and Mitch Rosen. Kydex is good for competition,
but it shifts on the belt for carry. Kramer has the hardest molded leather,
though not nicely colored or detailed. Rosen's holsters are exquisitly
beautiful, but pricey. But in terms of fit, function, and VALUE for the
money, FIST holsters are the best I've seen, and the quality just keeps
getting better.
When I teach handgun classes for concealed carry, holster selection (of
course) comes up. Kydex can have its advantages, but leather, though thicker,
in my experience conceals better because it stays put on the belt. When
people ask me "which leather holster?" I've been telling them
FIST is the best choice. Functionally, it is the equal of the Rosen holsters,
it's certainly no embarrassment on the belt (looks good), and for the
price of one of Mitch's holsters you can buy TWO FIST holsters.
Sorry to ramble on, but I'm obviously VERY happy with your product. I
liked my first Blade-tech rig, but once they got successful, their quality
(in my experience) and definately their customer service, suffered. Your
prices are good, and your products just keep getting better. PLEASE, DON'T
CHANGE ANYTHING!
Thank you,
GC Hammond
I received my new holster from you a week or so ago. It is very fine
work. Thanks so much. Nice craftsmanship. It is something you don't see
much of any more. I will be ordering more from you.
Again, thanks very much for the great holster.

In June of '99, I received a #12 basic for a Smith mod.66. It's seen
almost a year and a half of daily use so far, and I must say, I'm as happy
today as I was the first day I wore it.
Many holsters perform well when they're new, but very quickly, they wear
and deteriorate. Not so with yours. While it did "break in",
it retains it's usefullness to this day! Much like wine, it actually got
BETTER with age!
The real proof that I'm satisfied? Since buying my holster, I've reccomended
your line to countless dozens of people.
Keep up the good work!

A truely satisfied customer
First of all, thanks again for the great holster you made for me last
year. I find myself needing another one of your fine holsters. The berretta
9000s is my new pistol and I was hoping you could make me a #6 in right
hand for this new pistol.

Thanks for your patience. You now have another completely happy customer.

I'm VERY happy with your product. As a matter of fact, I went to a gun
show today, and had the chance to compare your (my) year-and-a-half old,
worn daily, Model #12 basic to several "big name", brand new
holsters.
Holding them back to back (sorta....mine was on my hip at the time),
yours was made from thicker, higher quality leather. The inside of your
holster is still soft and smooth, unlike the "sandpaper" feel
of your competiters.
Would I buy your holster, as purchased, again? Well, not quite.... I
would raid the options section of your catalouge and have the opening
reinforced with extra material. Otherwise, my almost 2 year old holster
is STILL the best damn holster I've ever owned. Rest assured, you will
receive more of my buisness as I upgrade my collection of handguns. Steve

Got my #42 via UPS today. It's just what I wanted. The new back piece
covers the mag ejector, the stitching's tight, and the holster has the
right amount of tension. Thanks for doing a great job.

Thank you. In this day and age of false advertising and cheap quality
work I am pleased to recommend to my friends your products.Recently I
received another one of your holsters. As with the others I have purchased
I am extremely satisfied with the appearance and performance of the holster.
Having visited many, many websites of many, many holster makers- both
large companies, mid-size companies, and individuals- your workmanship
continues to impress for both function and price. One of the pleasant
aspects of dealing with Fist is the time gap between ordering and receiving
the holster. There is no gap. You serve your customers promptly. As a
teacher, I stress to my students that personal reputation is extremely
important. Your reputation for quality is secure. Again, thank you for
a holster I wear with trust.

Hello Jim,
Just an update here-
-we are continuing to use the holsters that you sent. They are used in
literally every class that we have. In addition, when we teach the
segment on concealed carry holster selection, I specifically narrow down
the brand names to about 6 brands, and the holsters by Jim Murnak are
in
that list. The fact that you have custom features
is a real plus.
-Many of your holster ideas are ingenious. I really like the adjustable
loops and the combination/convertible models.
-I have personally worn all of the holsters that you have sent. Some
of
these have been for months at a time. In addition, I teach with them
(but
I always let the students have first pick) SO, for my own personal defense
purposes and for teaching, I have worn them and they work.
-I without reservation recommend all of your products and have found
them
to meet all of the criteria that we recommend in our courses. (if you
need
any of this information I would be glad to send it to you as we get pretty
indepth in all of our courses on this)
Thanks

I ordered a holster from fist last October. An IWB for my G27. I ordered
the
model 41. I thought I ordered a 41A. It took longer than expected to
make my
holster, so they sent it out UPS blue label at no extra charge to me.
When I got it I was mad. I waited forever, and it was not what I ordered.
I
wanted a holster with a thumb-break, and got one without a thumb-break.
I
sent them a hot e-mail and demanded a refund.
The response I got was very polite. They agreed to a refund, no questions
asked. They did however indicate that I got what I ordered. I checked.
And
they were right. I screwed up, and ordered the wrong thing. Further,
they
had sent me an e-mail to confirm my order, and I confirmed the wrong
thing.
Well, I assumed that I was stuck with a holster that I didn't really
want.
But guess what? They let me keep the holster, and made me a new one,
the way
I wanted, at no charge. They sent that one to me express shipping also.
This
kind of customer service you don't see very often.
I screwed up. They made up for my mistake at their expense. Both holsters
are well made, and work great. I will do business with them again, and
I
would recommend them to you as well.
Thanks Fist!
Back in August, 1998, I ordered a setup for a Kel-Tec P11 pistol that
I intended to carry concealed, to include the holster, reinforced belt
and clip/cuff holder.
I had you make it in a deep reddish-brown color (not sure which one,
will have to find my receipt).
Anyways, I now have experienced wear on the leather and the rig is getting
rather ratty looking and it needs to be touched up.
If I can locate the color, am I able to purchase some dye from you or
can you recommend how I might touch it up with commercial products.
Thanks for your continued service.
P.S. - This holster is the most sturdy holster I have owned (since I
purchased my first used one in 1976) and is holding up very well. The
fit is great and the design perfect.
William
Thank you for your quick response to my inquiry. As it turns out UPS
showed up last night with my holster. Just wanted to let you know after
breaking it in and wearing it today I am more than 100% satisfied. You
guys do a great job. I will be a repeat customer and will let my friends
know what a quality product you make.

I have been using your Driving to Cross Draw holster for a
couple of weeks now and I want to tell you it is the most
comfortable holster I own. I can wear it all day without any
discomfort. The workmanship is outstanding. It also works
well as a strongside holster. I would recommend this holster to any one
who needs a concealment holster.
Thanks for a great holster.
Bob Carlton
Just received my new closed end 42P with the thumb break for my PT 111.
It's super! Just exactly what I wanted. The fit is great and the crossdraw
concealment is better than any strong side holster I have. Very clever
kydex attachment system--secure but easy to take on and off. In fact,
I can even wear it strong side if I want to, can't I? Very clever.
Regarding the break-in instructions, you said to just holster and draw
over and over again. But with the closed end on my 42P, the fit was so
tight that once I got it seated all the way in there I could not get it
out without a big struggle.
The technique I used was to put the weapon inside of a "Baggie"
freezer bag (which are heavier duty that the ordinary Baggie) then holster
and draw. The Baggie is slippery and so it's easier to draw the gun and
to holster it, plus the 3 mils of thickness of the plastic bag stretches
out the leather just a tiny amount. It only took a few repetitions to
get the stretch just right. You might want to give this a try and if you
like it, pass on the tip to your customers.
Thanks again for a great holster--worth the wait!
I RECEIVED THE HOLSTER AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROMPT SERVICE
AND THE HOLSTER THANK YOU VERY MUCH I WILL DEFINITLY BE DOING BUSINESS
WITH YOU IN THE FUTURE THANKS AGAIN

To Jim and Co.
I recently ordered a Kydex IWB and after reading some info on one of
the Bulletin boards I am party to came to realize my simple little holster
may be a while coming to me. After waiting 3 1/2 weeks, I dropped a note
to you and you said it may still be another 2 weeks or so. Well, I figured
I had really blown it. I could have had a Blade-Tech out of stock in one
week. I finally got the little holster and I am glad I waited. It weighs
nothing and makes the G-27 disappear under a T-shirt. Well made and thin.
Thank you

Hey Jim,
In the natural order of things, UPS was at my front door the day after
my last e-mail.
I Love It!! I never thought of my leather holster as heavy, but the kydex
is so light it does feel like you're wearing nothing but the gun. And
so comfortable. I'm still playing with all of the adapters-it's great
to have so many options with just one holster. I was curious as to how
you would add the thumb break on the kydex(I actually forgot about the
tension screws when I ordered), but the leather does the job. You do wonderful
work and it is worth waiting for.
Thanks again,

Hi Jim,
I'd just like to let you know that I love the Ladyfist holster for my
Glock 19 that I picked up from your showroom. It's the most comfortable
holsters that I've worn thus far. I take every opportunity I can to let
the other women in my command try it on so they know what they're missing.
It conceals pretty well too.
Concealment brings me to my next question. I've been looking at some
IWB holsters on the market. I was wondering if you have anything in your
Ladyfist line. In one of the photos on your site, I thought I saw one
that looked similar to your #2 in the mens' line, the easy-off/IWB. Is
it available?
Thanks for your help and I hope to hear from you soon.

Hello,
I was thinking of getting the HiViz sights for my H&K USP45. I have
ordered holsters from you before and will never buy a different brand.
I was wondering if I would have to send my gun in for the fitting or if
the sights will fit in to the holsters made with the factory mold. I'd
rather have one of your holsters than the sights, but if I can have it
both ways, even better. Please let me know what you think. Thank You,

To Mr. Murnak and everyone else,
My Secret System 2 in Kydex arrived yesterday morning. I've
spent the last two days trying in with different clothes, belts,
and shirts.
In short, it works and I like it. It's about as close as you can
get to tucked-in-the-waistband carry while having the
retention and stability of a holster. As compact as it is, a
Glock 27 still has a thick triggerguard and the bulge is hard
to hide. I don't think anyone could do a better job handling
this than you have. This is the first tuckable I've tried where
my wife couldn't find the gun right away (we don't even want
to talk about my Galco Deep Cover -- "Honey, what's THAT?").
I just received my #14 combination holster today for my S&W99. I
had inquired about the order status yesterday and received a prompt email
back that it had been shipped. Let me start by saying, WOW! The mahogany
finish is second to none. Inside the pants the holster is deliciously
comfortable. You sent instructions on how to break the holster in. They
weren't needed. Even on the belt the draw is perfect. I think next time
I'll have you reinforce the mouth for extra support, but it works great
as is. I have carried and own many custom holsters. I spend a fortune
on leather. I feel like all of my new gun purchases should always have
the best and most functional leather to carry them in. I am an executive
with a 125 billion dollar company. I travel a great deal. I have carried
a handgun daily for years, legally of course. I have my suits tailored
around my holsters. Especially inside the pant holsters. I have Kramer,
Sparks, Galco, Desantis, Bianchi, Wilson and others. My favorite up to
this point has been the holsters of Tauris holsters. His work is excellent.
But you design and execution of the design is second to none. It is no
wonder your business has grown. You have an excellent product. I had trouble
finding leather for the new S&W99. You made it and you made the best
holster I could have purchased for it. Honestly, I don't how people like
Rosen stay in business with you and your company producing better designs,
better finishes, and more options at half the price. No wonder you've
had 75,000+ inquiries over your website. Your design takes all of the
weight off the belt. You know what I mean by that. Some designs make the
weight of the gun very evident. Honestly, I can't feel any discomfort
at all and I had spinal surgery six weeks ago. I'm back at work now and
I'll be sporting my newest holster/gun combo. You made an excellent carry
rig for an excellent gun. Thanks so much for taking my call yourself and
giving me your opinion on which holster to order. Oh, I almost forgot.
Congratulations on your success over the last few years.

Very Satisfied Customer
I just thought I'd e-mail you to let you know how very happy I am with
the Brenda Flowers holster I just received.
I am left-handed which is truly a handicap when it comes to finding holsters.
Very few gun shops in the area in which I live even carry left-handed
holsters. And when they do, they are the cheesy nylon or plastic variety.
So, if I want quality, I must have it custom made.
My husband saw this holster while browsing your internet site. He called
my attention to it. I was impressed and thought it might be just what
I was looking for.
We had ordered custom holsters before and our experience was less than
impressive. We ordered a holster from Mitch Rosen. First of all, they
lost the order. Then, once that got cleared up, it took forever to get
made and shipped. All tolled, it took over four months from date of order
to date of receipt.
We received the holster from you within 3 weeks. Unfortunately, your
website order form did not get all of the information to the production
crew at your company. It was black and right-handed (we had ordered tan,
left-handed).
I called your customer service center. They were just fantastic! They
began producing the corrected holster even before they received the incorrect
holster back from me. We had the corrected holster within about 10-12
days from the corrected order.
It is a beautiful, custom holster that I will proudly wear for years
to come. You have a great team and a wonderful product.

Just received my holster, model 42, driving/crossdraw. What a beauty!
Fit and finish excellent; very discreet (concealable); perfect ergonomics;
simple, efficient, only one moving part: the belt snap.

way, have a tab here, a hook there ... well you guys did it and sent it

he'll liberate it for himself. Better he gets his own, which he will,
soon's he susses mine out.
Thanks for a wonderful holster and good service.

Hi there
Just a note to let you know the holster of mine arrived safe and sound
in
South Africa. I was a little worried as sometimes they have been known
to go
missing due to some nimble fingers in the South African Postal Services.
There are occasions where parcels go missing after the decidedly corrupt
workers add them to their own personal belongings.
Needless to say, it arrived and I have to admit that I am more than happy
with my purchase. The quality is great and overly I would classify this
as a
masterpiece. I can see why Jim Murnack is as highly regarding in the USA
as
he is. His reputation is there for a reason.
If you ever need a reference in South Africa from anyone wishing to purchase
online, feel free to hand out my details. I would be more than happy to
recommend the holster to anyone.

Athol Hill

I just wanted to drop you a line and say thanks. When I ordered my holster
you said it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery. I explained that I wanted
to use the holster at the upcoming Michigan State IDPA Match you said
you would see what could be done. I received my holster in one week. Thanks.
I have had a chance to run some drills with my new holster and it cut
two seconds off my time. I will be recommending your holsters to all of
the shooters at my club. Thanks again for getting it done on a rush basis.
It is much appreciated. You guys make a great product.

I received the holster, and want to thank you. Sorry to have been impatient,
was just anxious to receive. The holster is outstanding, is was worth
the wait. I will be contacting you later this week to order accessories.
Thank you

I received the #40 today, and am presently wearing it. I am very pleased.
Thanks for your promptness. I will tell my friends and fellow gun owners
about your "swiftness and willingness to satify your customers".
Thanks again,
I just received my three #1K holsters that I ordered from you, and after
wearing a Glock 19 for 4 hours, can say that it is the most comfortable
IWB holster that I have ever worn. I've been wearing IWB holsters since
1980, and have seen the trend, going from the flimsy suede holsters
(that, although they were thin, offered no protection from sweat in hot
weather), to the very thick, ultra high ride holsters that seem to be
popular today (I've been wearing mostly Alessi Talon holsters for the
last 8 years).
I'm going to be ordering more of your #1K holsters very soon, but can
you please tell me if they cause more wear to a blued finish than a
comparable leather holster. I think that this holster is just the thing
for the many S&W K frame and Colt D frame revolvers that I own.
Thanks for offering such a great product.

Hi,
I just wanted to tell you guys that I couldn't be happier with my new
Kydex holster. When I ordered, I was told I would have to wait 6 to 8
weeks.
Rough, but reasonable, considering the quality of your products.
Imagine my surprise when my holster arrived 2 weeks from the day that
I
ordered! I made the mistake of showing it to a friend of mine in the Mississippi
Highway Patrol. I had to pry it out of his hands....he couldn't believe
the light weight of your Kydex holster compared to the "Trucklike
Kydex" that he was used to. I have a feeling he'll be giving you
a call. Thanks again for the speedy delivery and quality of my latest
FIST holster...it's an awesome example of what a holster should be.
I received the holster I ordered, ( superslide #15) and must tell you
I am very pleased with it. Workmanship, stitching , molding, color, fit,
and finish are all of excellent quality. Fist will be the only holster
I buy from now on. It was at least what you represented it to be. Being
custom made may take a little longer, but well worth the wait for a product
like this. Any contact with Fist was professional and prompt.
I do have a question about normal care, cleaning, and maintenance. What
products do you recommend? what should not be done? I wanted to spray
a little more silicone inside to assist in break in, what kind should
I use?
Again thanks for the great holster. Feel free to use this letter in any
way you see fit. Word of mouth is the best advertisement you can get,and
you have earned it.
Sincerely,
Lenny Hart
Dear Fist;
I recently called and ordered a #18 paddle holster for my brother.
He is Brig. General Gary Harrell, and the commander of the ground troops
in Afghanistan. We both have several of your holsters, and when I told
him about the comfort of your paddle holster, he said he could really
use one. As you can imagine, in the hostile environment our troops are
in, a comfortable, reliable holster is a must.
Your Folks actually shipped the holster the same day I called, My Brother
has already received the holster, and was impressed with it as I had hoped.
Thank you for the excellent service, and for the excellent products.

I'VE LIVED WITH THIS HOLSTER FOR MY CHIEFS SPECIAL EVERYDAY NOW FOR THE
LAST MONTH AND IF IT DOESN'T BECOME THE BEST SELLING CONCEALMENT HOLSTER
IN THE WORLD IT WILL NOT BE BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY, COMFORT, AND FUNCTIONALITY.
IT IS SIMPLY THE BEST I'VE EVER USED. THANKS FOR MAKING A GREAT PRODUCT
AT A FAIR PRICE.

Dear Jim:
I ordered a #20 with #50 accessory pack & a matching 1.5" belt
last
month. The order arrived last Friday.
I have been wearing the holster for 2 & 1/2 days now, and I can honestly
say that it is the finest holster/belt rig I own!
Many thanks for a well made product delivered in a reasonable time at
a
fair price.

Hello, I just want to say first off, that I've been carrying a pistol
for 20 years uncomfortably! I am short, and short wasted. The butt is
always in my rib cage. I usually experience low back pain after carrying
a weapon all day. It is always a great relief to take it off at the end
of the day. Then I ordered a fist women's holster. I love it. I am actually
totally comfortable!! No pain! I searched high and low for someone who
would let me order special order my holster with a straight cant. I needed
a holster that would match the curve of the female hip, and I found your
website. What a lucky day that was. The holster is very well made, looks
great, and is comfortable and functional. It was more than I hoped for,
after so many years of dealing with holsters made for men. I received
it a week ago. I gave it one week of daily wear to evaluate it before
e-mailing your company. I just want to thank you, for a hard to find,
great product. P.S. I will be ordering another holster real soon, for
my jealous husband! I will also be recommending your holsters to other
women who carry weapons. Thank you, Trish Rehm
I received your package containing my new belt loop parts last week and
wanted to say thank you very much! I received much more than I expected
and am further glad of my choice in regards to purchasing my holster from
your company. Thank you for the great work, products, and customer service!

Jim Murnak, I got back from a southern trip to find
the two #12 holsters I ordered had arrived. They are
even nicer than they appear on your web site! The only
holsters I ever owned before were bought "off the
shelf" so to speak and was certainly very surprized at
how your custom holsters hold my handguns so close and
snug to my hip. This really allieviates that
sensation of a "weight" hanging from the belt. While
down south I purchased a S&W heavy leather belt and it
works very well w/these holsters. Concealed carry
sure became easier. You guys make a great, high
quality product. Sincerely, James Constantine

Jim,
Im writing to tell you how pleased I am with your work. Earlier
this year I ordered a #32 Double Mag Pouch and a #14 Combination holster
for my Browning Hi-Power. I followed that up with an order for a #12 Basic
for the SIG 226 I recently purchased. The workmanship on both holsters
and the mar pouch is first rate. I recently attend a tactical pistol class
and put the Sig holster and mag pouch to work. After wearing them both
all day long for several days, I can say they both felt great, provided
excellent retention and quick access to both my Sig and the double stack
magazines. Several other shooters in the class complemented me on the
leatherwork. One of the instructors asked whether they were custom products
of one of your higher priced competitors. Needless to say, I am very satisfied
with my purchases and plan on placing another order with you in the near
future.
Thanks,
Dave Horak
Dear Sirs,
I recently broke two of the front mounting "brackets" (where
the leather belt loops attach) on my K1 holsters with inside/outside adapters.
In both cases this bracket has broken in the center, where it has a reduced
diameter. Both times I called and a replacement piece was sent to me within
days. Thank you for such quick service. I have found the K1 with inside/outside
adapters to be my absolute favorite IWB holster of the many I have tried
and used over the past 20-plus years. I own 5 of them for various handguns,
and have convinced two of my fellow officers to purchase K1s for their
off duty weapons as well.
Keep up the good work, and I will continue using and promoting your excellent
products.
Sincerely,

I received my new Kydex holster for my pistol today. It fits great !!
I can't get over how thin it is . It's so thin I hardly know its there.
But most importantly it stays tight on the belt and the gun doesn't fall
out of the holster when I bend over.Thank you DAVID WONG
I recently ordered a K4 for a Kahr PM9. In speaking with you on the phone
you had not made this holster as the gun is so new. I wanted to say that
as usual your quality is excellent. The fit is just a bit loose, but not
too much to be a problem since the pistol is very light, it is secure.
I will continue to order from you in the future.
Thanks
Mike Clayton
I purchased a FIST #K1 Kydex Universal Holster with Inside Outside Adapters
back in January of
this year for my Glock 30. This holster is unbelievably thin and
comfortable to wear. The ability to
wear IWB or OWB is a major plus. Not to mention the durability and the ease
with which the holster
can be removed with the snap straps. On top of all this the cant can be
adjusted, the straps can be
sized for different sized belt widths, and the tension screws come in handy.
All in all a great holster
and a great company with superb customer service.
Thanks for making a great product.
Ray
Sir,
I must commend you on the quality of your product. I was delighted to
find as nice a holster as one could possibly acquire elsewhere. No
gimmicks. A great design for a vertical shoulder rig. The quality of
construction is excellent and the finish is absolutely beautiful.

I just received my third Fist holster today. First of all, I got it in
less than two weeks. That was terrific. Second of all, I can't believe
the holster. It's great. I don't understand why anybody would want any
other kydex from another company. This clip holster is absolutely the
most comfortable, secure, and easy to draw from holster I have ever had.
I know everyone has their personal preferences in regards to holsters,
but I think if everyone who carries a weapon just tried a Fist, all the
other guys would be out of business. Thanks again for making a superior
product. I will continue to sing your praises here in Florida.
Jamie Pasternak
Good Morning,
Thank you very much! Just received my third holster from you. I had ardered
wrong but you instantly sent the correct one after I talked to the patient
and very cool lady on the phone. I often encourage people to do business
with you and I'm not done either! Thanks again. Kent P. McKim
Hi, my name is David Walden, I recently became the proud owner of one
of your Close Cropped Shortcut holsters for my S&W 625. You can't
believe how happy I am about your product. Not only was the fit, finish
and material top notch, it got here in record time. I cannot wait to hit
the range with this holster on hip, and I intend on singng your praises
to anyone that will listen.
Thanks very much for your quality product and service, I'm sure that I
will be ordering from you again in the very near future
Just recieved my new holster (Kimber 3 inch) and
couldn't be happier!! I have spent a long time looking
for a holster that would work for me.
The adjustability of the holster is just great, it
fits me the way I want it to, not the way someone else
thinks it should...
I guess after I break this one in, I will need to
order one for my 5 inch Kimber. :-)
Thanks again,
Jay Zimmett
I've been packing for over 20 years and have bought numerous firearms
over
the years. For every 1 gun, I've had to buy at least 3 or 4 holsters trying
to find one that "fits"
I now have 3 FIST holsters and will not bother trying anyone else's holsters
again. The "fit" is perfect, I love the thin Kydex 1AK!

Good morning Jim,
I just received the paddle holster for my Kahr PM40 and it was worth the
wait. You really do nice work. You may recall that you built a paddle
holster that I could use cross draw while driving then swivel it up to
carry strong side once I'm out of the car.
The angle for cross draw configuration is "dead nuts right on".
I do have one question. Is it possible for you to make the "slot"
just a little longer so that when I rotate the paddle to strong side carry
it would give me a full 15 degree FBI cant at the very end of the slot?
Thanks,
Lee Owen
Hi Jim,
I came across a recent thread in Glock Talk that found you defending yourself
against an unsatisfied customer. I have ordered several holsters from
you over the years, and recently added another of your outstanding ultra-thin
Kydex holsters to my collection. Thank you for making an excellent product,
and for the excellent service I have always received. I just wanted you
to know this customer thinks highly of you and your products, and refers
you to others often.
Keep up the great work,
and God bless,
Dear FIST Inc.
I received my "K2--High ride belt slide holster" the other
day; it is an excellent holster, and I am satisfied with it in every respect.
I will hopefully order another like it, for my duty weapon (GLOCK 23),
since my off-duty pistol (Kimber Compact) rides so comfortably in it's
new carrier. Thanks for a good product.
Sincerely,
Ptl. P. Tschetter, Euclid Police
JUST WANTED TO DROP YOU GUYS A LINE AND LET YOU KNOW WHAT KIND OF WORK
YOU'RE DOING. A FEW MONTHS AGO I PURCHASED A KYDEX HIGH RIDE FOR MY KAHR
P9. FOR SOME REASON I HAD EXPECTED IT TO ARRIVE IN ABOUT 3-4 WEEKS. I
HAD IT IN ABOUT 10 DAYS. AS SOON AS I REMOVED IT FROM ITS PACKAGING I
KNEW I HAD A QUALITY PRODUCT. THE FIT AND FINISH WERE BEYOND ANY KYDEX
HOLSTER OF ANY BRAND I HAVE EVER SEEN. IT FIT MY KAHR PERFECTLY. AS ONE
OF THE FIREARMS INSTRUCTORS FOR MY POLICE DEPT (AND GUN GO-TO GUY), MANY
OF MY FELLOW OFFICERS COME TO ME WITH QUESTIONS OR LOOKING FOR ADVICE
ABOUT GUNS AND RELATED ITEMS.
SINCE I GOT MY KYDEX HIGH RIDE, JUST ABOUT EVERY QUESTION ABOUT HOLSTERS
GETS THE SAME REPLY........CHECK OUT FIST-INC.COM.
MY KAHR RIDES IN ITS NEW HIGH RIDE VERY WELL. IN MY EXPERIENCE, IT SETS
A NEW STANDARD FOR COMFORT AND CONCEALABILITY. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER AND
AS A MATTER OF FACT, AS SOON AS I FINISH THIS EMAIL I'LL BE ORDERING AN
IWB FOR MY KAHR AND A POCKET HOLSTER FOR ANOTHER GUN.
THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR DEDICATION TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND QUALITY
WORKMANSHIP.

Hello.
I purchased a #11 model holster for my HK USP .40 and rec'd it today.
I have already fitted it up and am very pleased with the quality of the
build.
Everything was as I ordered, including the custom extras.
I rec'd it quicker than promised and couldn't be happier.
You folks are doing a great job, and at a very reasonable price.
I had heard good things about your product from a trusted friend, and
I am happy to report that I will be giving the same advice to whom ever
asks me for a recommendation.
Thanks very much.

Jim and everyone at FIST;
I just received my K1 and immediately made a snap decision. This is now
my OWB holster. I have an IWB that I really like from another manufacturer,
but am considering seriously ordering the adapters for this holster. That
way, I am carrying and holstering the same way, every time.
Thanks, and I will be recommending your products.

Greetings from Houston. Last week I ordered an IWB kydex rig for my Kimber
1911. I received it today and it seems to be exactly what I was looking
for. Thanks! Mike Perry Harris County Sheriff's Dept.
Hi Jim,
That's a very clever clip that you designed for the #42 holster. It's
rock-solid on a Wilderness 1 1/2" 5-stitch belt.
It's sad that the fine leather work must remain concealed.
Thanks Jim, you do great work!
Just wanted to let you know that I received my holster, as you said,
on the
13th. Had a little troube in actually getting it, but you guys are a 'stand
up' company & made good. I've been using your holster for two days
now and
really couldn't be more pleased. The quality is excellent, even for your
supposedly 'low end' holster. You've definitely acquired a loyal customer
in
me...
Sincerly,

Hello Jim,
Just writing to tell you how thrilled I am with your ultra thin Kidex
Holster. I have the #K3 right hand 1 1/2" belt, forward cant, in
the pants holster for my Glock 20. I have been a firearms instructor for
15 years, and an instructor for those wishing to become firearms instructors.
I also have served on my county gun board for the past 4 years and was
just appointed for another four years. I have every holster you can think
of, even a DeSantis, and a Galco for my Glock 20, but I only want to carry
it in my Fist. Reason? It's so light I hardly know I am carrying a full
size firearm. With other holsters, the gun feels heavy, the barrel is
always in the way when I sit down, and the draw is more difficult. With
your Ultra Thin Kidex, the draw is easy with perfect resisitance, the
forward cant takes away the barrel issues, and the lightness of the holster
makes it feel like its not even there.
Mine recently developed a small crack along the outside of the sewn edge.
I called your company today, and a woman named Janet helped me, advising
that if I return it you will replace it at half cost. I was delighted
to hear this, as I thought I'd just have to order another one at full
price which I was prepared to do, as I consider my gun useless for carry
without it.
Thank you for your great product, great warranty, and coureous service
provided by your staff. I am mailing my holster back today, and can't
wait to get a replacement. I recommend your product to everyone I teach,
several hundred people a year, and I wish you continued success with your
company.
Sincerely,

Hi! I received my all around holsters for the HK P2000 and
USPc45. What a great idea! They are really comfortable; I really like
the ease in which the rake can be adjusted. I continue to be impressed
with the innovative design of FIST holsters. After the first of the year
I am going to order the all around holster for a Sig 239 and
S & W 649.
I also wanted to tell you that I am using the kydex pocket holster you
made for my Glock 27. Best designed pocket holster I have ever come across.
Great work!
Hope you and your staff have a Great Holiday Season!
Thanks!
Bob Kwiatkowski
Hi Janet. I got back very late but was very happy to see that my holster
arrived. It works perfectly. Thank Jim for doing the pattern for me. The
way the holster is designed, I use it as a pocket holster and depending
on the circumstance (in the car, late at night), I can use it as an IWB.
Thank John for me also. If he hasn't gotten to my #6 for my S&W K
frame yet, remind him to mould more detail into the holster if he can;
some detailing around the cylinder/flute would be great. Thanks again.
Check out packing.org Regards, Bennie.
To whom this may concern,
I just received the two holsters I ordered for my HK P2000SK.
These holsters are typical of your product, and that is to say that they
are great! I have four other FIST holsters purchased from you and two
others I purchased independently...They are all wonderful holsters.
The two holsters I ordered this time, a #6 with thumb-break and canteable
clip, and a #21 are perfect and look great! I'm already looking at ordering
a matching mag pouch, and belt, as well as more holsters for my other
weapons.
Lastly, though I chose leather this time due to the great looks and molding,
I must say that your Kydex holsters are the best IWB designs I've used...I
constantly recommend them to people who don't like IWB's because the thin
kydex really does make it feel like there is no holster at all! The comfort
of Mexican carry without the guilt!
Anyway, thanks again for two more great holsters and I look forward to
placing my next order!
Sincerely,
William Edwards
I ordered a #K7-thin holster about 4 weeks ago. I received the holster
in less than three weeks. The holster is well made and fits my pistol
quite well. I was especially impressed with this, since my pistol (a EAA
Witness compact) does not seem very popular and is not usually listed
as a weapon for which your competitors' holsters can be made. I also like
that you did not ask for any information until I was on a secure web page.
Several of your biggest competitors require mailing address and phone
number before directing us to a secure page. In this day of identity theft,
your adherance to simple security procedures is most comforting.
In short, everyone who cares to hear (and maybe even a few who don't)
will know how highly I think of your product and, more importantly, of
your way of doing business. When I need another concealment holster for
a new weapon, I won't have to think twice about where I will get it: Fist,
Inc.
Thank you,

Dear Sir or Ma'am,
Today I received the ultra-thin, kydex, #1KB holster I ordered for my
Glock 23 and I love it! What a brilliant idea... to have an adjustable
clip on a holster that is held securely by velcro. I love it so much,
that I ordered two more tonight for my G26 and G27. I just wanted to complement
you on another great holster! I can't wait to receive my two new orders.

FIST,
I just received my new holster from you, for my Taurus PT945. It is the
second holster I have bought from FIST, as I bought one for my Taurus
617 a couple of years ago. Now normally I am not someone who writes to
companies, making comments about their products, and I would be especially
reluctant to write to you, seeing how you'all are Yankees and such. But
I have to tell you that you people make the best damn holsters money can
buy. I am so impressed with them that I called my brother, who owns Dixie
Gun and Pawn in Georgia, and told him that he needs to look into getting
holsters from you for his guns. He asked where you were located. When
I told him New York, he was kind of taken aback that I would recommend
you, but I told him that your product was the most superior holsters on
the market, north or South. Not only are they great holsters, but they
are reasonably priced. Did I say great, hell, the damn things are perfect.
I am planning on having you make holsters for my Sig and for my 1911.
I just wanted you to know that I could not be more pleased with my new
holster. Goddamn, you people make terrific holsters! I just can't say
enough, you have restored my confidence in the look and feel of fine leather
holsters.
Thanks again,

Jim,
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my #20 in Ultra Thin Kydex. I've tried several holsters
through the years, and I can confidently tell you that your product is
hands-down the most functional and well-made that I have ever come across.
Additionally, I am thoroughly impressed with your customer service and
fast turnaround from order to delivery. After initially purchasing a K8EX,
you were gracious enough to accept its return and still had my #20 delivered
within two weeks. Amazing!
As is the case with many CCW holders, I have several friends that share
a passion for the Second Amendment and I will undoubtedly recommend your
products unhesitatingly.
I will be placing another order soon!
Thanks again,
Dan Morrone
The holster arrived today and it looks very nice. I am looking forward
to giving my Glock a new home tonight inside this wonderful piece of Kydex.
Just wanted to drop a note to say thank you for shipping the product so
extremely fast and providing what appears to be a top quality piece!

Hi Jim,
Your package containing my #19 & magazine pouch was on my doorstep
when I arrived home Friday night. I just wanted you to know that you still
have the best products out there. Thanks for everything.
Yours,

Received it yesterday, its great, probably the most comfortable
IWB Ive ever owned.
Thanks,
Jin
I just wanted to pass on some comments.
I ordered your #2 holster several months ago for my XD9 subcompact, and
Ive been wearing it daily. I just attended my first tactical shooting
course, three intensive days, and the holster performed flawlessly. Part
of the training and most of the shooting drills involved drawing and reholstering,
and I never had any trouble with the holster. Reholstering was effortless,
even though I didnt have reinforcement strips on the front or back
(Ive ordered front reinforcement in subsequent holsters). Although
I am a woman and the #2 is a mans holster, I could still use it
very comfortably, and its a pleasure to wear all day long and conceals
well; I expect that the LadyFist version that Ive just ordered for
a new 1911 will be even better.
You may be interested to know that the instructor, Steve Silverman, asked
me who made the holster. He said hes been trying to find one like
it, with the snap loops, but the ones hes bought dont work.
He described one that was fine off the belt, but when it was worn, the
sides got pushed out so that you couldnt draw the gun out of the
holster, even with Leather Lightning. I dont know if hell
order one of yours, but I told him it was a number 2. I also showed another
female student the standard LadyFist you made for my XD9 service model,
and she found it very comfortable. She was having trouble with all the
holsters she was given to try during the course.
Thanks again for making a great product at a great price.
Elizabeth McGillicuddy
Thank you for your fine product, I have been shooting & carrying
pistols for 25 years. I do not carry daily, but have hunted with large
revolvers & carry for defense when hiking & outdoors. I have owned
probably 20 or more holsters, mostly inexpensive but have stepped up and
spent a lot of money at times. I was very hesitant when I ordered a basic
#12 for my G-17. You were highly recommended on a bulletin board I read.
I have spent twice the money on holsters I did not like. Your workmanship
is top of the line & I am anxiously awaiting my #1 clip holster for
my new PPK. I can't say enough about the fit & finish of your product.
If you like your gun, buy a Fist, you will like it twice as much. I do
custom engines, I tell my customers it is worth the wait. So is your product!!!
John
I received my IWB Kydex for my NAA 32 Guardian today. It is exactly what
I wanted. Thank you. I now own and use your Kydex ultra thin holster from
by Kahr P-9 (belt slide and a J-hook) and a J-hook for my S&W mod
342. You guys seem to be one of the best kept secrets in the holster world.
I am a retired Police Officer and I will be forwarding your website info
the several departments in Westchster County.
Received my holster today. Its great. Thanks for the fine workmanship.

Hi Jim,
Matt Heatherly from Indianapolis. I want to thank you for all the attention
on my holster for my CZ Rami. It does hold the pistol in place now thanks
to the tight trigger guard cover. The rest of the holster is just a tad
on the loose side, but not enough that its a problem. Im excited
now to be able to carry this gun Ive waited quite a while
because, frankly, I either carry in a FIST ultra-thin IWB or I dont
carry. Hows that for an endorsement?
Thanks again,
Matt Heatherly

To whom it may concern,
I recently recieved my #1 clip holster for my Glock 19, in exactly the
stated turn around time of 3 weeks, and couldn't be happier with the workmanship.
Fit and finish are both excellent, with overall quality so far above anything
in a similar price range. As a misplaced Brooklynite, i will have no choice
but to look to you for my holster needs over the upcoming years. Thanks
again for the great work.

Hello guys,
I just bought a "P - Plain series" model 12 holster which was
custom made to my gun. Couldn't be happier! The price was great; $50 for
a custom holster is a steal. For $10 more I could have had it hand boned
and so on but for my purposes of function over form I wasn't too concerned
with that. At any rate, this thing is top notch! It is heavy leather,
well sewn, with a detent behind the trigger guard for positive retention.
The holsters are obviously custom made one at a time, as sewing notes
are etched lightly into the leather on the back panel. It fits the gun
